| Duties: | Job Summary: You will be responsible for directing all of the accounting functions and staff for our global operation. Will work closely with President & CEO in setting financial direction and strategy for the organization. Will have responsibility for Computer Information Systems, Legal, and Administrative staff. This position requires someone with true leadership ability, not just a manager. This position will require relocation to Salt Lake City area.

| Qualifications: | CPA Required
10+ Years experience in managment position
Mergers and acquisitions
International accounting and finance experience
Contract negotiations
Treasury experience a plus
10+ years in management/leadership positions
10+ years experience leading finance and accounting initatives
Prior experience in public accounting/audting preferred
BS minimum, MBA strongly preferred
Up to 50% travel
