| Duties: | You will work at our customer site with engineering teams to provide mechanical engineering analysis and production support for customer product development initiatives. Will analyze, recommend, identify and correct engineering design problems for correction. Will examine technical engineering design documents for accuracy and write product performance requirements and engineering design specification packets for production personnel. Will perform tolerance analysis, design and drafting of complex assemblies and oversight of project production processes. Responsible for communication with engineering, technical, and manufacturing teams on technical product specifications throughout the product development life-cycle including prototype and production. Will be responsible for quality oversight of projects ensuring that the very highest standards are met and exceeded at all times.

| Qualifications: | Requires a minimum BSME (MSME preferred). 5+ years of hands-on experience. High-level project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail. Experience given to candidates with heavy, off-road equipment experience. Expertise in Pro/E
